Customer Success Manager
Rotabull is a modern sales system for aircraft parts
Rotabull is a young aviation software company in New York City, founded by a group of recent MIT alumni.
We are building a next-generation platform for selling aircraft parts, to bring online the $75 billion that airlines spend on repairs each year. Our customers are aircraft parts suppliers around the world, depending on our systems to run their day-to-day businesses.
We are growing like crazy, and hiring our first full-time customer success representative to help us deliver an incredible customer experience.
About You You've worked in customer success or a related role before, ideally in a B2B software company. You're ambitious and excited about joining a small company, where processes are not rigid and established. You will be responsible for shaping, refining, and owning lots of customer-related processes.
Key Responsibilities: --Doing regular check-ins with our customers to ensure they are getting the most out of our product --Conducting onboardings and trainings for our customers --Developing trust-based relationships with our customers, and diagnose their core issues --Initially, customer success rep will spend spend some time providing high-quality customer support as well, to develop deep product knowledge, which we expect to decrease over time
Requirements: --Physically based in New York City at our office in SoHo --Being highly organized, empathetic, enthusiastic, assertive, and ambitious --2-3 yrs in customer success role, 5+ years of total experience --Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university --Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
