Join SaleMove as a Sales Operations Manager! In this role, you’ll run mission-critical sales operations functions – from managing our CRM to creating new growth strategies. We’re a mission-driven company and need your help changing the way organizations engage their customer online.


Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and execute growth strategies Analyze and report on sales performance; implement new approaches and synthesize insights from the analyses Manage inbound requests for CRM (i.e. salesforce.com) changes and implement incremental changes to processes and CRM Project manage roll outs for new tools and process changes Analyze sales activities and metrics to identify areas of opportunity and implement solutions Work closely with Marketing team to track and optimize campaigns Partner with the customer success team to build out support infrastructure


Requirements

Undergraduate degree from top tier university with stellar academic record Excellent problem solving and analytical skills A diligent work ethic (i.e. attention to detail) The ability to thrive in cross-functional environments An independent and proactive work style 1-2 years of work experience preferred
