Job Description

This role is about mastering sales fundamentals, qualifying, and scheduling demos for the Direct Sales AE. Sales, however, is not like other trades that are solely skill based. Instead, we take an intensive, hands-on coaching approach in preparing you to become a top sales rep: by teaching tactics for self-growth, ownership of success, and the skills needed to set and achieve sales goal.

Responsibilities

Upon completion of training, you will:

--Develop and apply an understanding of Simplifeye products, processes, and customer base

--Use proactive and transactional phone sales techniques

--Establish sales opportunities with doctors by cold calling, leading the conversation to establish a need, and booking demo meetings

--Communicate on technology and consumer trends and their overall impact on a small business

--Generate leads for customer expansion

--Input forecasts and opportunity updates in SalesForce

--Be a key player and contributor to the direction of this growing sales team

--Crushing sales targets on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

--Enjoying frequent company happy hours, Tank Tuesdays and good times!

Requirements

--0-2 years of sales experience

--You are coachable, flexible and self-motivated. You can hit the ground running, and your drive to succeed is off the charts!

--You are an excellent communicator with professional phone skills. You are an achiever: if you participated in competitive sports, the Greek system, or school government, we want to hear from you.

--Enthusiasm is your middle name; you're the type of person that gets excited about anything and everything that interests you.

--Thinking on your feet isn't just something you're good at, it's something you love. When faced with new challenges, failure simply isn't an option.

--You understand and are prepared for early-stage work/culture and possess the flexibility to adapt to changing responsibilities and expectations for their role.
