Job Description

As a Simplifield Account Executive (AE) you will own the entire sales process for companies interested in purchasing Simplifield’s cloud-based mobile-first solution for Field teams

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Identify and qualify opportunities within your territory, pursue conversion of qualified leads to customer solutions with subscription-based revenue. - Manage selling to existing leads from marketing and industry related activities. - Evangelize the value of the Simplifield solutions. - Understand stakeholder needs and communicate how Simplifield will meet them. - Present the complete value proposition via customer meetings, telephone, internet and webinars. - Create long-term business relationships with current and future clients. - Coordinate with Customer Success Managers to ensure successful implementations. - Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sales as required. - Match and/or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quotas. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce.com following our Sales process.


Requirements

Skills: - Proven record of success in new customer acquisition. - Demonstrated ability to initiate and manage solution sales.
- Capacity to understand and sell an enterprise solution. - Knowledge and experience with the Retail market and customers. - High degree of internal motivation, enthusiasm, and work ethic. - Excellent presentation, verbal and written skills are required. - Self-starter attitude with the ability to multitask. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree is required. - 2+ years of experience selling SaaS, preferably CRM Automation applications. - Experience in Retail SaaS is a plus!
