Regional Vice President, Sales - Mid-market (East)

Job Description
We are looking for a Regional Vice President to join our team. You will be focused on employers with up to 5000 employees that are headquartered in the East. We are an award-winning, passionate, and mission-driven team with the support of leaders in psychiatry, and backed by prominent VCs including Rethink, RRE, and General Catalyst.
Responsibilities
- Build the sales pipeline for the enterprise segment - HR decision-makers at large corporates in the Eastern half of the U.S. (3,000-15,000 FTE's)
- Own and iterate full cycle enterprise sales pitches using a consultative sales approach to bring large enterprise deals across the finish line
- Prioritize strategically valuable accounts in the West, and opportunities in line with our national sales approach and strategy
- Build business cases for CFO's / CEO's at large organizations
- Work cross-functionally to provide key market feedback on client and consultant needs
- Give the team feedback about product features or benefits that the market needs
- Develop mutually beneficial partnerships with health insurance brokers and health benefits consultants
- Travel as needed to close the sale
Requirements
- 4+ years of successful B2B sales experience, with at least two of those years selling specifically to HR leaders and key stakeholders
- A deep passion to transform the U.S. healthcare system, especially mental health
- Outstanding communication skills and a thoughtful and collaborative approach to sales
- Entrepreneurial focus with a determination to succeed in an innovative, fast-paced environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity
