Job Description
Teamable is looking for a Sales Development Manager that can:
● Build out an amazing team (grow existing team from 5 to 20 in 2019) ● Raise the bar for what success looks like (new meetings per week etc) ● Hire, train, motivate, and develop highly successful SDRs
Teamable Sales Development Representatives are an instrumental part of our sales team and work with our Account Executives to execute outbound / inbound sales and marketing campaigns, targeting some of the top brands in the world. We are looking for a leader who can continue to build on a strong foundation and take our team to the next level in a wide open market.
The ideal candidate has:
● Built out successful SDR teams in the past at early stage companies ● The right mix of being a data driven and a motivator ● Chops for hiring, training, developing the best people
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a healthy recruiting pipeline through our own sourcing efforts
- Exceed monthly and quarterly goals for both hiring and new opportunities generated
- Measure, track, and report on key performance indicators
- Codify and continue to iterate and refine scalable system
- Build upon our exceptional team culture
- Hire, onboard, and develop 15-20 new SDRs in the next year
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years experience as a SDR manager
- Has hired and trained a minimum of 10 SDRs before (can be across multiple companies)
- Startup experience at Series B company or earlier (Series A etc)
- Team player who is comfortable working at a fast-paced company
- Can be equally successful being autonomous and collaborative
- Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in challenging situations
- Coachable, is open to feedback, and loves to learn
- Naturally curious
