Job Description

As the Director of Sales, your leadership and guidance will set-up our Sales team members for success. You will assemble and manage a team of account executives and sales development representatives while you build and execute initiatives end-to-end that drive top-line growth and expand Teampay’s reach. The processes you put in place will ensure prospects enjoy their experience with Teampay from first contact and allow you to establish relationships with key Executives across the country.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with the executive team to determine best practices and outreach strategies to drive performance
  • Hold team members accountable for weekly/monthly/quarterly activity and production targets while keeping an eye toward overall career growth and happiness
  • Report to company management on the effectiveness of revenue driving initiatives and make strategic recommendations

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the payment tech ecosystem.
  • Track records of excellence across strategic, operational, and detail-demanding functional responsibilities
  • Past experience in managing direct reports and leading teams
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ year of sales management experience
