Job Description

Templafy is looking for a qualified team leader who can help build, grow, and develop a sales team of approx. 6-8 outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDR) from our office in New York City. As an SDR Manager, you will report to the Head of Business Development, North America and coordinate closely with the Account Development Manager and the Sales Development Manager to coach, support and inspire your reps to reach new heights. We believe leading by example is important, thus we expect previous proven success in a similar B2B SaaS sales role.


Responsibilities

  • Hire skilled and ambitious SDR's to meet company hiring plans in collaboration with our internal recruitment team
  • Train and coach SDR's in relevant product use-cases and sales methodology to maximize performance and development in alignment with Templafy’s GTM strategy
  • Perform quarterly performance and career development progress reviews
  • Be present with your team - manage and arrange SDR activities/celebrations etc.
  • Set and communicate team goals and perform innovative actions that engage and incentivize the team
  • Work with reps 1:1 to ensure individual and team goals are met
  • Work closely with the rest of the Sales Development Managers globally

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience as a top performer, ideally at an enterprise company
  • 2+ years of sales development or business development experience
  • 1+ years of experience managing or leading a high-performing sales team
  • Experience coaching and mentoring reps to achieve set targets
  • Be optimistic, energetic, and data-driven
  • Be a team-player and have a passion for helping reps achieve goals
  • Bachelor’s Degree
