Job Description

Trello is a fast growing SAAS company that is changing the way businesses collaborate and gain perspective on their teams and projects. This role will serve as the point person for designated Trello clients. The Enterprise Account Manager will onboard and train clients as well as have responsibility for expansion and renewal of the account. This position will collect and measure key metrics in order to evaluate client success and business impact. The Enterprise Account Manager will focus on retaining and growing customer relationships


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the ongoing health of client relationships
  • Directs onboarding activities
  • Trains the client and client teams
  • Ensures the successful launch of programs/campaigns
  • Oversees pilot activities
  • Works to optimize the client relationship
  • Addresses gaps in services, support and/or client needs
  • Creates strategies to cultivate new opportunities
  • Proactively promotes new solutions
  • Ensures client retention through delivery of exceptional service and support
  • Tracks and measures ongoing client activities to optimize performance and guide future direction

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of client service experience
  • Enterprise level experience, and interactions with C-level stakeholders
  • Quantitative track record of growing enterprise level accounts
  • Exceptional communications skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to define client strategy and execute against the plan
  • Track record of upselling and cross-selling an array of relevant solutions based on client need
  • Proactive customer support resolution expertise
  • Track record of successful cross-functional engagement/collaboration
  • Experience with early-stage companies desirable

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $60,000
  • On Target Earnings: $120,000
  • Stock Options Available
