Job Description

The SDR Manager will manage and grow the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team whose goal is to generate revenue by developing opportunities for the Triplemint sales teams.


Responsibilities

Triplemint is looking for a systems oriented SDR Manager who is excited to help test, iterate, and define the sales cycle. Not afraid to hit he phones and build from the ground up.

Experience in high-volume sales organizations with a steady track record of success growing teams is key!


Requirements

  • Previous sales management experience.
  • Willing to pick up the phone in the beginning and then move into management (player coach).
  • Need to have previously been successful, not a job hopper (2 yr. minimum).
  • Need to be “systems oriented” - think quantitatively.
  • Previous real estate industry is a plus.
