Job Description

Troops’ is looking for a high energy, process driven sales leader, to lead our inside sales team as we aggressively attack our market in 2019.

You will be responsible for driving new business by effectively hiring, training, coaching, and managing our growing inside sales team comprised of account executives and SDRs while demonstrating Troops’ core values: Positivity, Growth Mindset, Transparency, Ownership, Customer Obsession, and Self-Starting.

This is a unique opportunity to get a front-row seat at a high-growth startup working with some of the fastest-growing companies in the world and backed by top VCs. You will work closely with proven startup veterans in a B2B environment on an exciting product in a new space, with the opportunity to help shape a growing organization.


Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility is hitting Troops’ revenue goals through:

  • Coming in and earning the team’s respect by closing some business
  • Hiring and onboarding world class sales talent
  • Providing ongoing training and coaching
  • Establishment and management of team KPIs
  • Providing AEs deal support
  • Relentless sales process improvement
  • Executive reporting and collaboration around determining the best way to grow market share
  • Work closely with the Head of Growth, Account Executives, Product, Marketing, and other teams to improve processes and help us build a more successful product
