Responsibilities

We’re looking for someone with 2-4 years of direct sales experience to lead new outbound member acquisition programs. These channels might include: - Outbound sales - Door to door / street team programs - Referral marketing

In this role, you will expand upon what it is already working until it is repeatable and than scale up the program, including building out the team.


Requirements

We are looking for the following attributes: - 2-4 years of direct sales experience - Outgoing, persistent, competitive, and love to win – in short, you love sales – especially for a product you believe deeply in. - Excel in fast paced environment with high ambiguity and rapid change needed – you make stuff happen. - Humility. No task is too small for anyone on our team. You’re ready to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes.
