Job Description

Our Customer Success Engineers are social, analytical, possess an aptitude for learning and using new software, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal Customer Success Manager should engage with customers, maximize value, and create strategies to grow our customer base. This position lays the foundation for a potential successful high tech sales career. There is a path for career growth within VIDY for the right candidate who is willing to learn and work towards that goal.


Responsibilities

  • Your goal will be to make our customers successful integrating our APIs in their products, helping them writing code, sending examples, documentation, answering questions they might have
  • Build strong relationships with clients based on your ability to earn their trust and deliver value
  • Proactively identify opportunities and optimization points where a greater value for our clents can be delivered
  • Analyze key account statistics and performance metrics to identify pain points, and educate clients to drive their business improvement
  • Liason between tech team and commercial team

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully building rapport and relationships with all levels
  • Excellent writer and communicator with strong presentation skills via phone, online and in person
  • Account management, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Broad understanding of API's & SKI's
