Account Manager

Job Description

Looking to make a big impact at a rapidly growing startup? We are expanding our NYC presence with individuals focused on our clients and partners. Vistar Media has a fully functional ad server and exchange for place-based media. You will be working directly with the founders to drive revenue and manage client relationships.


Responsibilities

  • respond to RFPs from existing and potential clients
  • manage existing clients relationships and work toward increasing the media spend of those clients
  • ad operations / campaign management for clients
  • working with publishers on occasion to smooth any delivery issues
  • attend client meetings
  • work with founders to find and pursue new revenue opportunities
  • help improve media kits, presentations, and marketing material
  • understand the Vistar Media platform and communicate how it can meet client objectives

Requirements

  • bachelors degree
  • 2+ years in ad tech managing agency / trading desk clients
  • self-motivated and proactive
  • very organized (you will be juggling lots of accounts)
  • excellent communication skills
  • thrive in fast-paced environments
  • positive attitude and passionate about their work Would be nice
  • strong understanding of exchanges, DSPs, SSPs
  • startup experience
  • can hold your own in a conversation about ad delivery, cookies and third-party data
