Job Description

At Wellthy, we dream of the day when taking care of the sick and elderly is seamlessly human and tech powered. Wellthy is evolving the way we take care of each other. We provide an improved healthcare experience for people with complex, chronic, and aging family members. Our enterprise clients are employers that cover the cost of our service as an employee benefit.

In your role, you will focus on driving revenue growth by increasing the number of Wellthy’s enterprise clients. You will source prospective clients, close deals, and cultivate deep partnerships. You will report to the Chief Growth Officer and partner closely with our partnership management and service teams.


Responsibilities

You have: ● A robust rolodex of benefits and HR leaders at top companies ● A large personal network whom you’re comfortable asking for meetings and introductions ● The ability to source and close deals ● The creativity to find effective ways to get into new prospects ● Impeccable, fast follow up and polite persistence that moves deals through the sales cycle ● The ability to understand the true status and potential of deals

You are: ● A doer and a believer ● Excellent at delivering the Wellthy pitch, addressing objections, answering questions ● Driven by upside which is aligned with the revenue goals of the company ● Mission-driven with a personal connection to the business ● Comfortable being thrown into new situations and making the most of them ● Incredibly responsive and communicative with clients and colleagues ● Detail oriented and send error-free emails and documents ● Humble, constantly learning, yet also self-confident ● Interested in getting to know Wellthy’s company culture, able to dive in and learn about the various Wellthy functions, and stay up to speed on relevant industry trends, players, news ● Hungry to build this business with us and work daily with urgency ● Able to network and easily make new friends and sell people on Wellthy in any setting ● A team player, you enjoy helping and getting to know your colleagues


Requirements

You have 2-5 years of prior experience: ● Selling into employee benefits at large and mid-market employers ● Building revenue at a venture-backed startup ● Working at companies like Workday, Care.com, Bright Horizons, Grand Rounds, Color, Omada, Voya, Collective Health
