Job Description

If you are a dynamic self-starter who can manage multiple projects independently and act with urgency to solve problems and pursue opportunities, then you should be successful at WorkFusion. The Sales Operations Director facilitates sales growth and data driven decision making along with administrating and managing product and sales management activities. This opportunity provides autonomy to build structure and foundation for the organization’s sales department and have an immediate impact on sales. Additional responsibilities include ensuring decisions are documented, activities and timelines are managed, and customer communications align to evaluation findings and decisions in order to bring our commercial ideas and product positioning to market.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes, as well as planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the firm
  • Monitor and maintain high quality data, and process consistency in the sales organizations
  • Support the equitable assignment of sales force quotas and ensure quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources
  • Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization
  • Recommend revisions to existing reports, or assist in the development of new reporting tools as needed
  • Implement enabling technologies, including CRM, to sales teams; Monitor the assigned sales organization's compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data
  • Work closely with sales management to optimize the effectiveness of the firm's technology investments
  • Coordinate training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel in the sales organization supported
  • Direct and support the consistent implementation of company initiatives
  • Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel
  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant sales and experience
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel environments
  • Demonstrated success in defining and launching products
  • Proven experience managing successful sales teams to above quota performance
  • Experience managing remote teams in different geographies a plus
