Job Description

As a Customer Success Engineer at Xpenditure you will provide first line support for client-related problems and try to fix the problems or answer the questions as efficient and sufficient as possible. You will proactively contact clients to see if they need any assistance and scan for commercial opportunities. Clients will be able to chat live with you and will love the rate at which they receive an answer. You will pay attention to the client’s needs, emotions and frustrations and respond to them appropriately. Thanks to your knowledge of our product and the market you will help clients by providing an answer to their problems regarding expense management.

You will work in a fast paced team to achieve team targets which are linked to bonuses. Your work will directly impact the company’s growth. Our team will see you as a valuable member and you’ll contribute to customer satisfaction.


You love talking with clients and you’re not afraid to get into contact. Guiding them through a platform is your second nature. Since you will work with clients from over the entire world, you speak fluent English and every extra language is a definite pro.

You prefer to build up a relationship with the customers thanks to your real time answers to their questions and short feedback loops. Your open and welcoming personality will allow you to have a relationship of trust with clients. You’re a go getter and you’ll do what’s needed.
