Enterprise Account Executive

SF Bay Area - San Francisco Full Time

Job Description

The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for selling the Zenreach product into a sales region. This is a quota carrying, external, field sales position. You should be a proven hunter and closer who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment and have experience working with enterprise accounts.

As an Enterprise Account Executive you should be a team player passionate about the opportunity to join a growing startup. You will foster ongoing relationships with customers and key partners to ensure long-term growth while maintaining a solid command of Zenreach’s evolving technology. You’ll work with Zenreach’s largest and most valuable accounts. You should understand your customers' business objectives and act as their trusted advisor, capture customer feedback and requests while working with internal teams to help align our product roadmap. In this role you will communicate effectively across multiple departments and customers, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice, and enjoy the challenges of providing excellent customer service in a fast paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Run and own full sales cycle from prospecting net new to negotiating terms and pricing, to closing qualified opportunities in your territory
  • Generate revenue by selling, managing, developing, and growing a base of enterprise accounts
  • Track and measure daily activity and forecast metrics utilizing Salesforce
  • Develops and maintains client relationships to ultimately drive revenue growth
  • Focuses on customers’ satisfaction, knows the customer's business and workflows, develops proper contact network within accounts
  • Support sales team and clients with new features and product launches
  • Responsible for forecasting, keeps management informed in a timely fashion, gathers intelligence on competitor activity, and gives feedback to marketing
  • Post-sale, work cross functionally with account management, integrations and engineering teams to guide successful customer integrations
  • May provide customer demos and/or product training as necessary
  • Accountable for individual expense budget management

Requirements

  • 10+ years of quota carrying outside/field enterprise B2B sales experience
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas of $1M or more
  • Advertising sales experience preferred
  • Extensive experience in territory planning, prospecting, relationship development, pricing, delivery, negotiations, and closing
  • Must be able to navigate enterprise organizations and build rapport and credibility with broad set of influencer
  • Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Ability to run multiple opportunities at a time during various stages of the buying process
  • Ability to collaborate and develop credibility with internal teams and external partners and customers
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and deal strategy skills
