Job Description

Our Patient Enrollment Team is growing rapidly and we are seeking a seasoned Sales Management Professional to build and lead our purpose-driven, highly capable inside sales team. This is an exceptional ground floor leadership opportunity within a rapidly growing organization.

As Zipdrug's first Inside Sales Manager you will work within a close-knit group, managing and coaching your team. This job is intended for a manager who can lead, nurture, recruit, motivate, inspire and train others.


Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assess team performance and provide effective leadership/coaching/mentoring to meet or exceed all KPIs

  • Maintain a high level of professional communication at all levels - both written and verbal to internal and external members

  • Oversee and manage the Direct Response Marketing efforts

  • Make calls alongside staff for training, compliance and to lead by example (Player and Coach)

  • Provide effective feedback and drive improvement

  • Maintain a positive attitude and foster an environment/morale that supports this organization's team oriented and congenial culture

  • Analyze data, detect trends/issues and provide solutions

  • Contribute proactively to process improvement and knowledge sharing


Requirements

Requirements:

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience

  • 2-3 year's management experience in an environment focused on direct to consumer sales with superb client service

  • Strong management experience and a proven track record of increased production and team performance success such as Objection Handling Skills

  • Empathy toward the potential members - you will be asked to balance care & quality of call while ensuring goals are met. This balance is critical to our purpose-driven mission of helping people, having fun while growing as a business
