Job Description

42Floors is revolutionizing the way people find office space. We're seeking competitive, creative, and driven account executives to help us continue our rapid growth.


Responsibilities

  • You will be leading the charge to help amazing companies get into their dream offices. 
  • Send necessary follow-up emails, set meetings, and document all activities in our CRM. 
  • Communicate clearly, provide exemplary customer service, and be able to manage long-term, high-value relationships. 
  • Meet and exceed performance objectives on a consistent basis.

Requirements

  • You are an awesome closer with 1-3 years of experience doing inside sales, telesales, B2B sales, retail sales, commercial sales, territory sales, business development, door-to-door sales, advertising sales, online sales, or direct to consumer sales. 
  • Ready to learn the commercial real estate industry inside and out. (Huge bonus if you already know it!) 
  • Competitive, high-energy, with a strong desire to achieve rapid growth. 
  • Willing to tackle new projects and challenges every day. 
  • A great communicator and listener on the phone and a pro at email. 
  • An adaptable problem-solver, and a multitasker.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $70,000 - $110,000
