Job Description

A Sales Development Representative should be a self starting goal oriented individual. An ideal candidate is a quick learner, hard-worker and has strong organizational skills. Success in the role will require adherence to a specific administrative process but will also require candidates to think quickly as their prospecting efforts will require the ability to tailor conversations to the many role players and various industries they will come into contact with. The goal for an SDR is to transition into a Senior Franchise Marketing Consultant. Until the SDR has developed the necessary skills to move into a SFMC role they will work closely with a SFMC and the Franchise Sales Manager to receive the necessary mentorship to ensure their advancement within the sales organization.


Responsibilities

Duties ● Ensure that sales targets are met ● Prospect multilocation businesses to schedule meetings for Senior Franchise Marketing Consultants. ● Develop a deep understanding of the Franchise industry ● Execute work requests from Franchise Sales Manager.

KPIs ● 16 Demos set/month ● Facilitate sales of 17 locations/month


Requirements

Qualifications ● Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and listening skills ● Demonstrated self-starter who is highly motivated and can work independently to deliver results ● Technical aptitude and computer skills are essential ● 1-2 years prior Sales experience ● Must enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-growth start up environment
