Job Description

AppsFlyer is seeking a talented Sales Operations Analyst with strong operational and analytical experience. The role will be highly cross-functional, working closely with sales, finance and marketing to enable our sales operations team to continue to make effective, analytically driven and strategic operating decisions in support of our sales process. Key areas of the role, include building and enhancing systems and processes, supporting our Sales team with day-today Salesforce guidance and uncovering key insights to continue to drive revenue growth. You will assist AppsFlyer through strong revenue growth, focusing on the sales operations infrastructure, sales strategy and performance where you will be play a role in maintaining AppsFlyer’s dominant market leader position.


Responsibilities

  • Develop sales reporting and automation of key performance metrics to help drive revenue and optimize Appsflyer's sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support our sales forecasting and planning by creating models with data-driven insights
  • Help build, maintain, and improve the quality of our data integrity
  • Deliver accurate and on-time analyses, reports and ad-hoc requests for sales leadership
  • Work closely with sales leadership to facilitate continuous process improvement and help drive incremental sales
  • Drive standards of performance and specific actions that drive sales activities at the territory level
  • Review the weekly forecast and metric reports and provide analysis for Regional Sales Management and provide actionable insights
  • Assist with regional sales planning, inclusive of regular updates to quotas, headcount and sales plan

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in consulting or equivalent experience in sales/business operations at a rapidly scaling business using Salesforce.com as a CRM
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliverables under tight timeframes
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and decision making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
  • High level or curiosity and integrity
  • Excel (Pivot tables and Vlookup)
  • SaaS experience preferred
  • Salesforce.com experience is a must; SFDC Admin is a plus
