Job Description

As Head of Sales you’ll lead a team of managers & individual contributors. You’ll be responsible for managing strategic growth and sales momentum, across a organization of 40+ reps. This position reports to the VP Sales and Account Management


Responsibilities

  • Experience establishing KPIs and managing teams towards meeting/exceed goals, especially utilizing Hubspot.
  • Develop creative, unique ideas for target marketing of new business within territory with a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Join meetings to help build key relationships with prospects and stakeholders to grow new business.
  • Improve the sales playbook, and continue to train and coach your team to ensure they are always striving to be the best. -Support the sales team by participating in deals as needed to push deals to the finish line. -Lead a team of Jr. Managers to allow individual contributors to successfully achieve their KPI goals.

Requirements

You have 8+ years of sales experience -You have 4+ years of management experience -You have managed managers for at least 1 year -You maintain a ‘Give a Shit’ mentality, have an open a vulnerable mindset, and want to be a part of an honest & collaborative team
