Job Description

Marketir is an early stage startup focused on building world class technology for sales teams. Our customer base is rapidly growing and we are looking for someone who has an innate passion for helping people, solving problems, and thinking on their feet.  This role has a potential to convert into a full-time position.


  • Onboard and train new Marketir corporate clients
  • Troubleshoot bugs and respond to client questions
  • Ensure consistent adoption of best practices across all new clients
  • Be the voice of the customer and help us improve our product
  • Anything you're interested in!


  • Fast and fearless learner of anything (including programming)
  • Prior account management, inside sales or customer service experience preferred


We have limited resources but we're patient and generous with our time and expertise. We're flexible with how you'd like to work as long as you can produce consistent output.
