Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, persuasive, quick learning and goal-oriented individual to lead the company’s outside sales. Including hands-on work of identifying, pursuing and closing sales of the company’s SaaS product.


Responsibilities

-Developing company’s sales pipeline, develop sales strategies and materials to increase business opportunity -Sales development, outbound-oriented sales, analyzing prospects and identifying needs -Demonstrating products through web-based presentations and negotiating through to the close via email and phone -Managing and building team – recruiting, designing and implementing a scalable training program and materials for new inside sales hires


Requirements

-1+ years of Outside/Inside Sales experience in the high-tech industry (preferably in SaaS / B2B) -Passion for technology -Experience with every single step of a sales process from sales development to closing deals, with building sales pipeline, upsell techniques -Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines -Competitive and driven with a strong work ethic and motivation to succeed -English mother tongue and excellent oral and written communication and persuasion skills
