We are currently looking for experienced sales professionals to join the client-facing team of a high-growth NYC startup. The Account Manager will be in charge of the maintenance and retention of current and past clients. There must be a high level of comfort in client communication, fielding questions, and negotiating prices. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about helping our clients and have experience and interest in sales.
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-lasting relationships with our clients
- Responsible for client satisfaction and client service on daily basis
- Negotiate pricing options
- Address and counter any objections and questions from the client
- Actively manage and update all account information in our systems
- Work with sales and marketing teams to expand client base
- 2+ years of account management or sales experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must be comfortable communicating via phone/email in high pressure situations
- Must have excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Expert in Microsoft Office Suite and good understanding of CRMs
