Job Description

Lively is looking for a passionate, motivated, and energetic individual to join our inside sales team in New York City. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for nurturing interest in Lively by curating, contacting, and qualifying inbound, marketing generated leads. You will support an Audiologist by delivering high-quality leads that will convert into successful Lively customers.

You will be speaking to individuals who have hearing loss challenges in their lives. You must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment, explaining value proposition over the phone, setting up sales appointments, and interacting with prospects at all levels within an organization while maintaining a strong sense of compassion and empathy.


Responsibilities

  • Effectively sell the value of Lively to key stakeholders
  • Develop strategies to increase lead conversion rates
  • Become an expert in our internal technology systems and help streamline our processes
  • Provide feedback to other areas of the business, such as logistics, marketing, and business development
  • Be adaptable and ready to wear different hats

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Previous experience in a client facing, phone based role
  • Energetic, easy going, hard working, and sincere
  • A fast-learner who quickly retains information
  • Comfortable working as part of a team
  • Willing to put in the extra work to drive sales
  • Responsible - takes ownership of tasks and follows up when necessary
