Midmarket Account Executive

Job Description

This is an exciting, high responsibility, and high creativity role for an entrepreneurial individual who loves sales!

Selling software to customer service teams is the primary role but as the first dedicated account executive, you will also create the go-to-market playbook.

We have product-market fit (100+ customers) and we are now looking to scale our sales and marketing efforts.

Based on our current customer base, the deal sizes currently range between 10K/Year to 100K/Year,

We have a steady stream of inbound leads that will be waiting for you and our marketing team actively working on generating more. There might be some prospecting involved if you want to go over certain types of accounts.

You will have an opportunity to design the go-to-market to focus (ex. high velocity sales or a few large deals).


Responsibilities

  • Focus on deals prospecting & closing deals ranging from 10K/Year to 100K/Year.
  • Help design the go-to-market to focus.

Requirements

  • 2 years + selling SaaS
  • Passion for sales, startups, and being entrepreneurial
