Mighty is on a mission to help millions of injured plaintiffs get a better deal from the civil justice system. Today, our ownership management platform helps legal, medical and financial service businesses manage their personal injury liens in more than 100,000 cases worth over $1 Billion. We are growing our team with the support of a $9M Series A led by IA Ventures and Tribeca Venture Partners in March 2018.

The Role: As the first sales manager, you will be responsible for coaching and developing an existing team of high performing salespeople. You will play an integral role in defining sales process and infrastructure to help the company continue to grow.


Responsibilities

What You'll Do: - Manage and mentor a team of sales people ranging from 1-5 years of experience, and help them achieve their sales targets - Experiment on sales scripts and develop a playbook for your team - Set a high standard for sales data integrity, pipeline reporting and forecasting - Be an voice for our sales prospects by sharing market insights with the whole company


Requirements

Requirements: - 3+ years of proven sales experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role, preferably on an inside sales team at a software company - Engaged management style; prioritizing individual attention along with regular and direct customer engagement - Experience on-boarding high performing sales reps. - Experience with Salesforce including reporting and team KPIs - Willing and able to offer insight beyond your daily duties -- don't just work here, help us build a great company
