Narmi's goal is to help financial institutions better engage, acquire and retain customers through superior technology. Narmi's one-platform, tightly integrated product suite includes: online banking, mobile banking, online account application, API maintenance and website redesign.Consumers have placed enormous pressure on their financial institutions to innovate. Nikhil and Chris, the co-founders of Narmi, previously served as CEO and CTO of a $18 million credit union. While serving in these roles, they became frustrated by the technology available to them and realized this frustration was shared by the broader regional and community financial institution (RCFI) industry. Further, they felt the pace of innovation was too slow and products were not to the standard they expected for their account holders. These reasons, and a passion to help make a difference for thousands of RCFIs, are why they started Narmi.
