Customer Success Associate

Greater New York City Area Full Time


Ocrolus products are powered by the Company’s proprietary back-end software, a tidy combination of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) transaction detection, crowdsourced data validation, and algorithmic reconciliation. In other words, we read bank and credit card statement PDF's with stunning accuracy - over 99% regardless of document quality. Transaction results are accessible through a grandfather-friendly user interface that can instantly filter and search transactions by account, date, description and dollar amount. Potentially missing statements are automatically identified, transfers are detected and recurring transactions can be grouped and categorized at the click of a mouse. Tiresome hours of cross-referencing, data entry and line-by-line cleansing can now be spent on cerebral tasks.


Job Description

We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals who want to work in Customer Success for a rapidly-growing startup. While the job focuses on Customer Success, the small and intimate nature of our company means that you will be exposed to different aspects of the business. The job is a great opportunity to gain experience with customer relations, while also honing general business skills, and getting exposure to Financial Technology (Fintech).

Given our services-based business model, and how customers pay over time, Customer Success is a crucial part of our company. We want customers to be happy with both the value that our services provide, and more broadly, the professional relationship between Ocrolus and our clients.


Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience communicating with customers
  • Knowledge of customer service practices
  • Strong sense of professionalism
  • Ability to be self-directed and self-motivated; ability to be highly directed and managed
  • Willingness and eagerness to to learn how to use Zuora, a billing platform
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Salesforce
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
