Rhino is modernizing one of the oldest industries in the world: real estate. We are a New York City startup passionate about building new products that make renting easier for both landlords and renters. Our first product replaces security deposits, which are annoying for everybody. Rhino is a simple alternative that replaces those upfront costs with a small monthly fee — allowing landlords to feel secure and leaving renters with more money to spend on, well, whatever. What You'll Be Doing
– Prospect, qualify and develop leads using sales automation and CRM systems (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zen Prospect, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc) – Responsible for building, maintaining, and achieving monthly/quarterly pipeline of qualified sales leads – Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategy to meet sales goals – Conduct research in target markets to identify potential customers and leads – Manage inbound qualified leads and properly disposition them – Ensure successful handoffs to sales, business development, and support teams
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field – 1-2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or Business Development Representative (prior sales and prospecting experience is preferred) – A self-starter with a track record of successful lead generation and outreach at multiple levels – Proficiency with marketing and email automation software (Zen Prospect, MailChimp, etc.) – Experience managing lead data in a CRM system – Fundamental understanding of the sales process, from marketing through prospecting, qualifying, generating interest, and handing off to sales
