Job Description

The Student Growth Manager will be at the forefront of our student acquisition operation, playing a critical role in shaping how we brand and grow Ripple on campus. You’ll be given the unique opportunity to build and manage campus teams across the U.S., as well as dive into creative new strategies to help design a one-of-a-kind student internship experience.


Responsibilities

You are a great storyteller and leader. You are an individual that has contagious enthusiasm and is able to hustle. Being at the forefront of the student operation is definitely a special experience, but we need someone who can handle the daily grind of speaking with and managing people across the country. You have thick skin to navigate the failures that come with building something from the ground up, and more importantly, you have the ambition to challenge the status quo to create something better.


Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • The ability to stay focused for extended periods of time

  • The ability to prioritize and stay organized

  • Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
