Head of Sales

Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy, driven professional with sound business acumen, a track record, strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to lead enterprise sales development. You will gain experience interacting with clients of all levels, in a variety of industries and across a broad geographical area. Ideal candidates should be eager to advance through a clearly defined learning and earning path.   • Generate, respond to and quality clients regarding Sigma products

  • Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world class experience

  • Utilize social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter) to create more company awareness & provide feedback on areas that can improve

  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in Sigma

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities and closed business

Expected Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited University is strongly preferred

  • English plus a foreign language is strongly preferred (Spanish or Arabic)

  • 2-3+ years of high-level sales experience, outside of undergraduate graduation (technology-related sales a plus)

  • Experience with enterprise SAAS sales, including building and managing sales organizations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong desire to be in technology sales and work at an innovative, globally focused company

  • Experience successfully building/running a high-speed lead generation operation

  • Experience being held to metrics is a plus

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • High energy and positive attitude

  • Ability to take initiative

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
