Job Description

As an Account Management Associate, you will work closely with the Account Managers to identify areas to improve client satisfaction. In addition to providing operational support to the AMs, the Account Management Associate will identify opportunities to increase customer utilization and advise the Account Managers on steps to help our customers become more efficient at utilizing TrackMaven to drive key results.


Responsibilities

Your customer facing responsibilities will include: - Scheduling meetings with customers to review new product releases and on-going monthly and quarterly reviews - Finding creative ways to engage secondary contacts within accounts - Recruit attendance for key TrackMaven events (client workshops, webinars, conferences, etc) - Partner with marketing to distribute relevant research reports and marketing materials to customers

Your non-customer facing responsibilities will include: - Identifying churn risk customers working with the Account Managers to strategize pro-active opportunities mitigate the risk of cancellation - Make consistent and effective use of ChurnZero to track client activities and identify areas of usage optimization - Prepare comprehensive dashboards, reports and analysis for customers - Support renewal paperwork process


Requirements

A successful candidate will have: - Bachelor’s Degree - 1-2 years of experience in a client facing role (lead generation, customer support, fundraising, inside or outside sales) - Familiarity or background in digital marketing - Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to engage senior level executives - Highly collaborative and ability to work within a team to achieve goals - Strong organization and prioritization skills with an ability to multi-task in a fast-changing environment
