Sales Development Representative

With so much data available to investors today, they don’t have the time or resources to source and analyze it all. At YipitData, our team sources and analyzes the best data available for each of the 70+ companies we cover. Our analysis and research answer key investors questions backed with real data. We’ve been doing this for 5+ years and work with over 150 hedge funds and long-only asset managers.


Job Description

YipitData specializes in analyzing web data for institutional investors. In the last year we've grown our team from 15 to 75+ people, increased revenue 3x and expanded our customer base to include the largest institutional investors in the world.


Responsibilities

The Sales Development Representative will fuel our continued growth by conducting targeted outreach to build sales pipeline.

This is an ideal position for someone looking to get into sales.


Requirements

  • Detail oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • History of top academic and professional performance
  • Ability to distill takeaways from our data in ways that intrigue potential customers
  • Excited by and curious about the investment community and the future of investment research

Positive, but not required:

  • Experience prospecting and selling by email and phone
